2024 Community Impact Award Cycle Opens May 30th

The Communities of Coastal Georgia Foundation (CCGF) is pleased to announce the opening of its competitive 2024 Community Impact Award cycle. The purpose of this award is to provide Operational Support to 501(c)3 organizations located in and serving Camden, Glynn, and McIntosh Counties. The online application period begins May 30th, proposals are due June 15th, and awards will be announced in mid-October. Applications must be submitted online. The portal may be accessed via the CCGF website: https://coastalgeorgiafoundation.org/grantmaking/grants.

The competitive Community Impact Award cycle has undergone a few changes for 2024. Instead of focusing on one or two areas of interest, the Foundation will accept funding requests for up to $10,000 per organization for Operational Support. Additionally, in effort to increase transparency and make the process more equitable for our non-profits across Camden, Glynn, and McIntosh Counties, detailed grant application guidelines and a rubric were created through thoughtful contemplation with CCGF’s Community Impact Committee. The guidelines and rubric for the revised application process may be accessed through the Foundation’s website noted above.

Additionally, to support interested applicants through the process, an online training session will be hosted by CCGF on May 22, 2024, at 3:30 p.m. The purpose of this session is to answer general questions regarding the revised Community Impact Award process. If interested in attending the May 22nd virtual meeting, please email atrapp@coastalgeorgiafoundation.org for the meeting link.
