We are seeking a Project Manager for Engaged Philanthropy. In this role you’ll manage a variety of Foundation projects, including grants, giving circles, fiscal sponsorships, and scholarships. Your responsibilities will include analyzing project data, coordinating logistics, building relationships with stakeholders, and evaluating project outcomes. You will help advance the team’s strategic goals of Sustainability, Scale and Scope, and Significance.

Communities of Coastal Georgia Foundation (CCGF) is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit public foundation with over $50 million under management serving Coastal Georgia and beyond. Our mission is to strengthen our communities through engaged philanthropy. CCGF connects people who care with causes that matter in Camden, Glynn, and McIntosh counties along Georgia's coast.

As the Project Manager for Engaged Philanthropy, you’ll manage a variety of Foundation projects, including grants, giving circles, fiscal sponsorships, and scholarships. Your responsibilities will include analyzing project data, coordinating logistics, building relationships with stakeholders, and evaluating project outcomes. You will help advance the team’s strategic goals of Sustainability, Scale and Scope, and Significance.

Qualifications & Skills
- 3 - 5 years of project management
- Bachelor’s degree or higher is
- Works effectively and independently, showcasing strong attention to detail and highly organized project-management skills.
- Proficiency in using Microsoft Windows Suite and financial
- Passionate about Coastal Georgia and
Responsibilities:
- Project Management:
- Oversee and manage Foundation projects from planning to
- Ensure alignment with the Foundation's mission, project goals, timelines, and budgetary constraints.
- Utilize the CRM system to track project data, compile reports, and process grant disbursements.
- Collect, analyze, and report on project outcomes and
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders to provide updates and gather
- Collaborate with the team on project development, materials, communications, and website content.
- Identify opportunities for project improvement and implement best
- Manage project logistics and attend relevant events and
- Additional Duties:
- Assist with special projects, general office support, and support to senior
- Perform other duties as
Salary & Benefits
- Full-time, flexible hours available after 90
- Salary Range: $60,000 - $70,000
- 401k matching, vacation, sick leave; 8 paid holidays, and 2 paid floating
